365 Charters, operating as Ridge to River Outdoors, LLC, supports local communities by donating guided fishing trips to nonprofit organizations for use in fundraising auctions or raffles. Each year, 365 Charters selects two nonprofit organizations, each receiving one donated fishing trip.

Trips may be auctioned or raffled at nonprofit fundraising events.


Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must fall into one of the following categories:

  • 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) nonprofit organizations based in Washington State
  • Government agencies (city, county, or state) hosting community-focused programs
  • Private or charter schools with approved fundraising events
  • Faith-based organizations operating community programs such as food pantries or clothing closets
  • Military nonprofits supporting active-duty or veteran service members

Required Application Materials

Applicants must submit documentation including:

  • Proof of nonprofit or organizational status
  • Compensation structure
  • Third-party charity ratings (if available)
  • Annual budget
  • A clear statement describing how funds raised will be used

Incomplete submissions may not be considered.


Timeline & Review

📅 Application Window: October 1 – October 15 (annually)
📅 Notification Date: By October 31
📅 Donation Year: The following calendar year

Example: Applications submitted in October 2025 apply to 2026 donations.


If Selected

  • Organizations receive a donation certificate for event use
  • Trip timing is determined by seasonal and fishery conditions
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled within the same calendar year
  • Trips must be used within the awarded year and cannot roll over
