Programs that improve access to nutritious food, support healthy eating habits, address food insecurity, or provide education and community engagement around nutrition.

Projects should demonstrate measurable outcomes, collaboration with community partners, and the ability to create sustainable impact beyond the grant period.

Grant amounts vary. In 2025, AdventHealth Heart of Florida and AdventHealth Lake Wales invested more than $375,000 in community partners across Polk County to support programs addressing health, housing, behavioral wellness, and public safety.
