What Selected Organizations Receive
$10,000 Host Implementation Grant
Each selected host organization receives a one-time $10,000 grant administered by Social Finance.
The grant is intended to cover operational and administrative costs associated with hosting a fellow.
The award is provided per organization, not per fellow.
Fully Funded AI Fellows
Organizations may host up to four fellows for 12 months.
Fellows are full-time, salaried employees of CodePath, which handles payroll, benefits, and employment administration.
Anthropic covers their salary and benefits through the program.
Host organizations are responsible for supervising fellows and guiding their day-to-day work.
Claude Licenses & API Credits
Each fellow receives up to $2,500 in Claude licenses and API credits to support project development.
Eligible resources may include Claude subscriptions, Claude Code, and API access based on project needs.
Training & Technical Support

Why This Opportunity Is a Good Fit
Claude Corps is particularly well suited for nonprofits that:
- Want to introduce AI into their operations but lack dedicated technical staff
- Have repetitive administrative processes that could be improved
- Need help developing technology-enabled tools for program delivery
- Serve communities in housing, workforce development, health, education, food security, veterans services, or other charitable fields
- Can identify a meaningful operational or programmatic challenge
- Have staff capacity to supervise a fellow
- Want to build long-term internal AI capabilities
- Would benefit from a $10,000 implementation grant and fully funded technical talent
Unlike a traditional charitable grant, Claude Corps combines direct financial support with a year of dedicated staff capacity, AI tools, and training.
For nonprofits seeking to modernize operations or improve service delivery, the program offers an opportunity to experiment with AI while building practical systems and organizational knowledge.
