Arvest Bank provides sponsorships and charitable donations to nonprofit organizations that enhance the quality of life in the local communities Arvest serves. Due to high demand, Arvest limits its giving to organizations operating locally and aligned with its community-focused priorities.

Requests are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed at the regional level.

Eligibility & Preferences

Requests are given preferential consideration to organizations that:

  • Are tax-exempt under IRS section 501(c)(3)
    • (Educational institutions are not required to provide proof of 501(c)(3) status)
  • Operate locally within Arvest Bank’s communities
  • Create positive exposure for Arvest Bank
  • Provide opportunities for Arvest associate involvement
  • Demonstrably improve quality of life in the community

Ineligible Requests

Arvest Bank will not make contributions to:

  • Organizations without nonprofit status
  • Political parties, candidates, or campaigns
  • Requests made on behalf of an individual
  • Solicitation requests submitted via form letters that discriminate based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin

Required Application Materials

All requests for funding must include:

  • A formal written request outlining:
    • Brief mission statement
    • Organizational leadership
    • Purpose of the funds requested
  • A completed W-9 form (available from the IRS)

Requests and supporting documentation must be submitted to the Marketing Officer in your region.


Timeline & Review

  • Application Timeline: Rolling / ongoing
  • Review Responsibility: Regional Marketing Officer
  • Response Time: Typically within 20 days of submission
  • Payment Timeline: If approved, check requests generally take up to two weeks to process

Submission of a request does not guarantee funding.

Organizations seeking support must complete and submit Arvest Bank’s Donation Request Form and provide all required documentation to their regional Marketing Officer.
