The Being For Others Foundation (BFO) Project Grant program provides funding for innovative, evidence-based, and community-driven projects that directly improve health and wellness outcomes. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants and projects must:
- Serve residents in at least one of BFO’s eight counties
- Align with at least one BFO Grant Priority Pillar
- Operate as a nonprofit organization, governmental entity, or school
- Not compete with services offered by Deaconess Memorial Medical Center

- Complete the online application through BFO’s Grant Portal
- Applications are reviewed by the BFO Grants Committee
- Final awards are approved by the BFO Board of Directors
