Eligibility
Eligible Applicants
Organizations providing services directly to Arkansans, including:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- City, county, or state governmental agencies
- Public schools, colleges, and universities
Ineligible Requests
- Religious or political activities
- Athletic teams, pageants, or fraternal organizations
- Capital campaigns, sponsorships, or fundraisers
- Conferences
- Tobacco-related projects
- Indirect or general operating costs (e.g., salaries, rent, insurance, audits, fundraising, marketing)

Mini Grant applications are accepted during the first two months of each quarter and reviewed in the final month.
