About the Funder

  • Major capital or endowment campaigns
  • Fundraising events, dinners, or tickets
  • Individual or youth sports teams and leagues
  • Advertising, promotional items, or merchandise
  • Governmental or political activities or candidates
  • Churches or religious initiatives
  • Travel (conferences, seminars, tours, student trips)

Funding & Administration Notes

  • Average grants are up to $5,000
  • Organizations are limited to one grant per year
  • Renewals require submission of a new application
  • Submission does not guarantee funding or full request approval

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted online through Bluestone Bank’s website. A complete proposal should include the following attachments:

  • IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and Tax ID
  • Cover letter describing organizational mission and funding request
  • Organizational budget and project-specific budget (if applicable)
  • List of other funding sources (current or pending)
  • Board of Directors list and Board participation details
  • Information on any banking relationship with Bluestone Bank
  • Any additional supporting documentation

Grant Review & Decision Timeline

The Foundation meets quarterly to review applications. Please allow adequate time for review; incomplete applications may delay decisions.
