3 Min Read

Employee-Funded Grants Supporting Health, Education, and Community Programs in Arizona

Organization: Boeing Employee Community Fund (ECF) – Arizona Chapter
Support Type: Charitable grants
Geographic Focus: Arizona communities

About the Funder

The Boeing Employee Community Fund (ECF) is a charitable giving program funded entirely by contributions from Boeing employees. Through this program, Boeing employees support nonprofit organizations working to strengthen communities across the United States.

The Arizona Chapter Grantmaking Committee (CGC)—made up of Boeing employees actively engaged in their communities—reviews and awards grants to nonprofit organizations serving Arizona. Every proposal is carefully evaluated to ensure employee donations are invested in programs that create meaningful impact across the state.

All contributions to the Arizona ECF are 100% invested into local community programs that improve quality of life for Arizona residents.

What This Program Supports

The Arizona ECF Chapter supports nonprofit programs in the following focus areas:

Health
Programs that improve physical or mental health outcomes, expand access to healthcare services, or support wellness initiatives in Arizona communities.

Education
Initiatives that strengthen educational outcomes, provide access to learning opportunities, support STEM education, or enhance educational resources for students.
