Programs must primarily serve economically disadvantaged populations and conclude within one year of the grant award.

• Puerto Rico (Dorado or San Juan)
• Texas (Houston)


Funding Amounts

Awards vary based on scale and impact.
Typical grants range from $20,000–$30,000, with occasional larger or smaller awards.

Eligibility & Key Notes

• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Programs must primarily benefit economically disadvantaged populations
• Applications are invitation only
• New organizations may submit a Grant Interest Form for future consideration


Ineligible Requests

The Foundation does not support:
• Mental, dental, or vision health programs
• Caregiver-only programs
• Legal or advocacy efforts for health coverage
• Capital campaigns or fundraising
• Medical research or continuing medical education
• Grants to individual schools
• Political or evangelizing activities

📅 Applications Accepted: May 1 – July 1
📅 Award Decisions: Early November
