Bath & Body Works: Donation Request

Throughout the year, Bath & Body Works considers a limited number of in-kind donations to 501(c)(3) organizations that fit within our focus of supporting underserved and underrepresented communities. Individual store locations cannot donate directly to an organization. All approved donations are processed through the Bath & Body Works Community Relations department.

Because demand for our products outweighs our resources, we will consider a limited number of donation requests for gift cards only to 501(c)(3) organizations in our home office communities. Organizations may only request one in-kind donation per calendar year. When submitting an application via our online application tool please carefully review our guidelines, particularly the section "What We Do Not Fund" to determine if your request matches our criteria. All applications must be submitted online through the link below at least 60 days prior to the event.

Faxed, mailed or emailed requests will not be considered. Please do not phone for status of your request.
