Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to help your cause. Community involvement and support has been an integral part of our company since we opened our doors. We are all about supporting charitable organizations and giving back to the communities that have helped us grow over the years. We even have community walls in our pubs where you can post information about your upcoming events.
To help us streamline the process of donation requests and have the greatest community impact, our company management will review your donation request to see if it meets the donation criteria. Once submitted, our company management will then review all the donation request to see if it meets the donation criteria, but inevitably we aren’t able to support them all.
If we are able to support your request, we’ll make sure to get back to you within two weeks.
Donation Criteria
● Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event/pick up of donation. Any request made with less than 30 days notice will notbe considered
● You must have an active 501(c)(3) tax ID
● You must be able to provide a donation receipt that includes the following:
Organization letterhead and information
Organization 501(c)(3) tax ID number
Donation value amount (Standard is $75)
● Please Note: unfortunately, we cannot donate beer, it is hard for us to keep up with our own demand. We have a standardized donation basket that includes t-shirts, glassware, a growler, a gift card, and other cool Voodoo swag. It is valued at $75. If your request is something different, please let us know on your donation request form.
