Funding Priorities
Grant requests must align with the Foundation’s mission and five Areas of Impact. Priority is given to proposals that demonstrate:

The Foundation does not provide automatic or recurring annual funding for the same program.
Eligibility & Grant Guidelines
Applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with at least three years of operating history
- Serve Cape Cod residents, with all funds remaining in Barnstable County
- Request at least $2,500
- Submit a complete application with all required documentation
Organizations declined for funding may reapply within the same year only if the request addresses a different area of need.

Only one grant per organization per 12-month period may be awarded.
