Youth Development Grants for Northeast Ohio Nonprofits

The Cavaliers Community Foundation (CCF) invests in nonprofit organizations that directly support the development and well-being of youth in Northeast Ohio. Since its founding in 1993, the Foundation has awarded more than $27 million to local nonprofit partners.

Organization: Cavaliers Community Foundation

Geographic Focus: Northeast Ohio
Fall LOI Deadline: September 1, 2026
Typical Grant Amount: Most awards are approximately $10,000

About the Foundation

The Cavaliers Community Foundation supports youth-enriching programs throughout Northeast Ohio, with priority given to organizations serving at-risk youth. All applications are reviewed by the CCF Board for consideration.

Although inquiries are accepted on an ongoing basis, eligible organizations may apply biennially (once every other year) to ensure broad community access to funding opportunities.

  • Directly benefit youth in Northeast Ohio
  • Focus on youth development and well-being
  • Provide services to at-risk youth populations

Why This Opportunity Is a Good Fit

This program is ideal for:

  • Established 501(c)(3) nonprofits (3+ years active)
  • Youth-serving organizations in Northeast Ohio
