TraceLink – Corporate Grant Program | Funding for Global Health, Community, and Environmental Initiatives

2 Min Read

Organization: Tracelink

About the Funder

TraceLink is a global digital supply chain platform serving the healthcare and life sciences industries. Through its Corporate Grant Program, TraceLink supports nonprofits delivering high-impact health, community, and environmental initiatives around the world. Grants prioritize programs that improve access to healthcare, support vulnerable populations, and strengthen community well-being through direct, measurable interventions.

TraceLink awards up to three grants per calendar year.

What This Program Funds

TraceLink’s Corporate Grant Program focuses on tangible, life-changing projects in two primary categories:

Primary Focus: Healthcare-Related Causes

Examples include:

  • Screenings, vaccinations, and immunizations

  • Surgical interventions for lifesaving or life-improving needs

  • New technology or treatments that reduce mortality

  • Medical research, innovation, and disease prevention

  • Programs combating opioid misuse or prescription drug abuse

  • Eldercare assistance (procedures, medications, treatment access)

  • Pediatric and adolescent initiatives (e.g., cleft lip/palate repair)

Secondary Focus: Community & Environmental Impact

Examples include:

  • Repairing homes, clinics, or community structures in disadvantaged regions

  • Clean/safe water access projects, including filtration and desalination

  • Equipment to prevent the spread of malaria or other infectious diseases

Projects must have a clear, direct community benefit and deliver measurable improvement.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include:

  • Nonprofit or charitable organizations, U.S. or international

  • Groups capable of implementing a well-defined project

  • Organizations whose work aligns with TraceLink’s healthcare, environmental, or community focus

Not eligible:

  • Political or lobbying activities

  • Programs unrelated to the listed CSR priorities

  • Organizations without charitable status

Funding Amounts

TraceLink awards:

  • Up to $20,000 per grant

  • Up to three grants per calendar year

Amounts depend on project scope, impact, and the strength of the application.

Deadline

TraceLink does not publish a fixed annual deadline.

  • Applications are accepted year-round

  • Only up to three projects are funded each calendar year

  • Early-year submissions are encouraged

Geographic Focus

Global — open to nonprofits worldwide.
There is no requirement to operate near a TraceLink office or in specific regions.

Impact and alignment matter more than geography.

Application Process

To apply:

  1. Download the TraceLink Corporate Grant Application Form

  2. Complete all sections, including:

    • Organizational mission

    • Project description and goals

    • Location and beneficiaries

    • Budget (up to $20,000)

Why This Opportunity Is a Good Fit

Ideal for nonprofits that:

  • Deliver hands-on, high-impact health interventions

  • Serve vulnerable or medically underserved populations

  • Conduct global health, disease prevention, or care-access programs

  • Address community infrastructure or environmental health

  • Have the capacity to implement a focused, measurable project

This is especially strong for international health NGOs, small medical nonprofits, clinics, water-access organizations, and global community development groups.
