  • Grants of $25,000–$50,000
  • Support for affordable housing, homeownership, and homelessness prevention

Economic Development

  • Grants of $25,000–$50,000
  • Workforce development, job training, and career pathway programs

Community Development

  • Grants of $25,000–$50,000
  • Capital projects and programs that provide broad community benefit

Eligible Support Types

Eligibility & Preferences

Eligible Applicants:

  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
  • Government entities
  • School districts
  • Tribal organizations
  • Fiscal sponsors (on behalf of eligible projects)

Geographic Requirement:

  • Projects must benefit communities in:
    • Clallam County, WA
    • Jefferson County, WA
    • Kitsap County, WA
    • Whatcom County, WA 

Preferences:

  • Projects with measurable outcomes and defined timelines
  • Strong alignment with community needs
  • Demonstrated impact for underserved populations
  • Leveraged or additional funding sources

Ineligible Requests

  • Completed projects
  • Budget deficits or debt reduction
  • General operating support (outside project scope)
  • Event sponsorships
  • Political or religious activities
  • Funding for individuals

Funding Amounts

💰 $5,000 – $50,000 depending on program area 

Timeline & Review

📅 Application Window (Fall Cycle): July 1 – September 1, 2026
📅 Award Notifications: By end of November 2026
📅 Funding Disbursement: Within ~60 days of award notification
