Sponsorship Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, sponsorship requests must:

  • Be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event
  • Take place in the same community as a Gesa Credit Union branch
  • Clearly align with Education or Local Heroes giving priorities

Exclusions

Gesa does not provide donations or sponsorships for:

  • Activities or events outside of Gesa communities
  • Administrative, conference, or travel expenses
  • Projects with a primary religious or political purpose
  • Requests benefiting a single individual’s participation in an event or activity

Sponsorships are awarded on a highly selective basis, particularly when support is not already being provided through other member or community engagement efforts.

Organizations seeking sponsorship must submit a request using Gesa’s online sponsorship form. Requests should clearly describe the event, community impact, and alignment with Gesa’s education or Local Heroes priorities.
