HGV supports communities through corporate giving and the HGV Serves program. The company receives many requests and evaluates each one based on eligibility, alignment with its focus areas, and connection to its mission and values.
Monetary corporate giving is earmarked for HGV’s four national corporate partners. Other eligible organizations may request in-kind donations.

Eligibility & Requirements
Before submitting a request, organizations must meet the following criteria:
Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization as defined by the IRS
Be located within a 30-mile radius of one of HGV’s resorts
Provide documentation explaining how the donated items or services will support the organization’s charitable mission
Submit the request at least two months before the event
Clearly align with one or more HGV Serves pillars: disaster relief, military and families support, homelessness, or youth development
Ineligible Requests
HGV does not provide direct financial contributions to organizations outside its four national corporate partners.
Requests may not be eligible if the organization:
Is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
Is not located within 30 miles of an HGV resort
Does not align with an HGV Serves pillar
Does not provide documentation showing how the donation supports a charitable mission
Submits the request fewer than two months before the event
Funding Amounts
HGV does not publish standard in-kind donation values. Support varies based on eligibility, alignment, availability, and the nature of the requested donated item or service.
