Additional Guidelines:
- No more than 25% of an organization’s total annual funding may come from Incyte Corporation and the Foundation.
- Contributions are considered one-time commitments, unless a multi-year commitment is agreed to in writing.
- The Foundation has final determination on all funding decisions.

Applications are accepted only during designated quarterly windows.
