Eligibility & Preferences

- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (rare exceptions may apply)
- Submit one proposal per fiscal year (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026)
- Serve communities in eligible regions:
- Colorado
- DC, Maryland, and Virginia
- New Hampshire and Vermont
- Washington
Priority is given to organizations that:
- Are grassroots and community-led
- Operate near King Arthur baking centers or retail locations
- Have strong ties to the communities they serve
Ineligible Requests
King Arthur Baking Company does not fund:
- Fundraisers, festivals, or cultural events
- General operating support or indirect costs
- Individuals, schools/PTOs, or government agencies
- Religious programming
- Debt reduction or capital campaigns
- Conferences, conventions, or workshops
- Media projects
- Organizations receiving more than $2,500 annually from King Arthur
