About the Funder

Ineligible Requests
Koch does not publish a full list of ineligible requests on the portal page. However, the platform currently does not review non-U.S.-based opportunities.
Applicants that do not align with the investment guidelines of a relevant Koch company may not be a fit.
Funding Amounts
Koch does not publish standard charitable contribution amounts. Support likely varies based on the request, alignment with company guidelines, geographic fit, and available funding.

Application / Request Process
New applicants should first review the relevant investment guidelines and eligibility criteria to determine alignment. Applicants who appear eligible may take the Eligibility Quiz through the Koch Funding Portal.
If the organization passes the Eligibility Quiz, the next step is to introduce the organization and complete the registration process. Applicants should ensure all information is accurate before submitting the registration form, including email address, because profiles may not be editable after submission.
After registration, applicants should receive an email notification with login information for the Applicant Portal and application forms. Koch notes that applicants should allow up to two business days for this email to arrive.
