Funding Tenure:
- Organizations may receive funding for up to three years total, after which a one-year hiatus is required before reapplying
- The Foundation does not fund new programs
What Is Not Funded
The Foundation does not fund:
- Individuals or private foundations
- Staff salaries and benefits
- Event sponsorships, advertisements, or tables
- Annual giving or capital campaigns
- Religious organizations
- Government institutions
- Public, private, or charter schools
- Political or advocacy groups
- Facility rental
- Programs outside the eligible Southern California counties
- Organizations outside the United States
