If requesting support for multiple programs:
- Submit a separate application for each program
- Up to four (4) program requests may be submitted per year
- It is recommended to submit all requests during the same application period so MountainOne can review the full annual scope

Programs must be located in or provide meaningful benefit to MountainOne’s service areas, including:
- Berkshires: North Adams, Pittsfield, Stockbridge, Williamstown
- Pioneer Valley: Longmeadow, Wilbraham, West Springfield
- South Shore: Quincy, Rockland, Scituate
- Surrounding communities
