The Denver Broncos Foundation Community Grant Program supports youth-serving organizations and programs across Colorado. Grants are awarded for specific programs or projects serving youth ages 5–24 in one of the Foundation’s priority areas: youth health and wellness, youth and high school football, dynamic in- and out-of-school programming, and access to career pathways.

About the Funder
The Denver Broncos Foundation is the charitable arm of the Denver Broncos. Through its grantmaking and community partnerships, the Foundation invests in youth-serving organizations across Colorado that help young people build healthy, connected, and successful futures.
What This Program Supports
The Denver Broncos Foundation prioritizes specific youth-serving programs and projects aligned with the following funding areas:
Youth Health and Wellness
The Foundation prioritizes projects and programs that improve youth mental health outcomes, including emotional regulation and coping skills. Programs that reduce food insecurity are also prioritized.
Youth and High School Football
The Foundation supports programs that increase access to shared practice and game equipment, strengthen health and player safety, provide educational resources for coaches, and support holistic team development that contributes to increased player participation.
Examples may include coach certifications, learning tools, safe equipment access, and player development resources for youth and high school football programs.
Dynamic In- and Out-of-School Programming
The Foundation prioritizes programs that increase school attendance and engagement, as well as comprehensive out-of-school time programming that fosters youth belonging and engagement.
Access to Career Pathways
The Foundation supports programs that increase access to industry-recognized credentials, high-quality career and technical education, and work-based learning opportunities focused on postsecondary readiness.

Eligibility & Preferences
To be eligible, organizations must meet the following guidelines:
Organizations must provide programs or services in the state of Colorado.
Organizations must have 501(c)(3) status or a government equivalent.
Organizations must operate with a programming expense ratio equal to or higher than 80%.
Grant requests must be for a specific youth-serving program or project.
Programs must serve youth ages 5–24.
Requests must align with one of the Foundation’s funding priority areas.
Organizations may submit only one application per calendar year, from January 1 through December 31.
Organizations that have previously received a Denver Broncos Community Grant are not guaranteed recurring funding. Previous grantees must have submitted a grant report through CyberGrants to the Denver Broncos Foundation in order to be eligible to apply again.
Ineligible Requests
The Denver Broncos Foundation Community Grant Program does not fund:
Fundraising support
Special event tables
Event sponsorships
Auction items
Administrative or operating costs
Religious organizations
Individuals
Endowments or reserve funds
Annual memberships
Political campaigns
Conferences
Workshops
Group or individual trips
Individuals fundraising on behalf of a charity
Completing the application does not guarantee funding. Applicants should not contact the Denver Broncos regarding application status after submission. Due to the volume of applications, the Foundation does not provide feedback on proposals that are not funded.

The Denver Broncos Foundation does not publish standard award amounts for the Community Grant Program. Grant size may vary based on the proposed program or project, alignment with funding priorities, and available resources.

Organizations must apply through the Denver Broncos Foundation’s online grant application process. Applications are reviewed and approved quarterly after each funding cycle’s submission deadline.
Applicants should be prepared to describe:
The specific youth-serving program or project requesting support
The youth population served, ages 5–24
How the program serves Colorado communities
Alignment with one of the Foundation’s funding priorities
The organization’s 501(c)(3) or government-equivalent status
The organization’s programming expense ratio
Program goals, outcomes, and expected impact
Prior Denver Broncos Foundation grant reporting status, if applicable
