About the Funder

Eligible Support Types

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Demonstrate a strong record of service and measurable impact supporting veterans or active-duty military members
- Serve communities within OceanFirst Foundation’s New Jersey footprint
Eligible counties include:
- Atlantic
- Burlington
- Camden
- Cape May
- Cumberland
- Gloucester
- Mercer
- Middlesex
- Monmouth
- Ocean
- Somerset
- Union
Organizations located outside these counties must contact the foundation to confirm eligibility before applying.
Funding Amounts
Each participating nonprofit partner is assigned an inning during a Jersey Shore BlueClaws home game season.
For every home run hit during the organization’s assigned inning, the charity receives $1,000.
- If multiple home runs occur during the assigned inning, each counts toward the donation total.
- If no home runs occur, the nonprofit still receives a minimum $1,000 donation.
A maximum of 18 nonprofit partners will be selected each year (two per inning).

There is only one opportunity to apply each year for inclusion in the program.
