Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be an eligible nonprofit organization
  • Serve communities within OhioHealth’s 50-county service area
  • Submit requests at least 90 days prior to the funding need or event
  • Complete the online application process

Due to the high volume of requests received, early submission is strongly encouraged.
