  • Submit requests at least 30 days prior to the event date
  • Apply through the official online donation request form

Additional guidelines:

  • Only one donation per organization per year
  • Donations must be picked up in person
  • Requests are reviewed approximately 30 days prior to the event

Ineligible Requests

The Thunder does not support:

  • Third-party fundraising on behalf of another organization
  • Religious organizations (e.g., churches, parishes)
  • Raffles, giveaways, or prizes (for autographed items)
  • Requests for personal items to be signed

Funding / Donation Value

💰 In-kind donations only (no cash funding)
Value varies based on availability and alignment


Timeline & Review

📅 Submission Deadline: At least 30 days before event date
📅 Review Timeline: Approximately 30 days prior to event
📅 Notification: Via email or letter

⚠️ Submission does not guarantee funding due to high demand
