Have a request that aligns with Okuma’s charitable priorities

Requests should include:

Official name of the organization
Complete mailing address; Okuma does not mail to PO Boxes
Contact phone number
Brief description of the organization’s purpose and major activities
Purpose of the request, including the amount requested and total project budget
Event date and deadline to receive product
Dates and amounts of any previous donations from Okuma Fishing Tackle
Organization’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax ID number

Ineligible or Unaccepted Requests

Okuma will not consider:

Requests submitted fewer than 120 days before the event or deadline
Organizations that are not registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits
Mailed requests
Faxed requests
Requests submitted as email attachments
Requests missing required information

Funding Amounts

Okuma does not publish standard donation amounts. Support may be provided as product donations or monetary donations, depending on the request, alignment with priorities, and available charitable resources.
