Grants Supporting Economic Opportunity & Community Vitality in Oregon and SW Washington

The OnPoint Community Credit Union Community Relations Grants program supports nonprofit organizations working to strengthen communities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Through this program, OnPoint partners with organizations that share its commitment to Economic Opportunity and Community Vitality.

About the Funder

OnPoint Community Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution dedicated to improving lives in the Pacific Northwest. Guided by the belief that People are the Point, OnPoint invests in community-based organizations that help neighbors thrive and build long-term stability.


Focus Areas

Grant requests must align with one or both of OnPoint’s core priorities:

  • Economic Opportunity – expanding access to financial stability, education, and economic mobility
  • Community Vitality – strengthening communities through services, connection, and local resilience

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Serve communities within OnPoint’s Oregon and SW Washington service area
  • Align clearly with OnPoint’s focus areas
  • Submit one grant request per organization within a 12-month period
  • Upload a W-9 (required)

Optional but encouraged attachments include impact reports, program flyers, and supporting materials.


Grant Amounts

  • Typical nonprofit grants: $2,500 – $25,000
  • If OnPoint cannot meet the full request, a partial award may be considered

Application Timeline – Round 1

📅 Application Window: February 1 – March 15, 2026
📅 Decision Notification: Within 60–90 days of submission
