  • Submit a copy of IRS tax-exempt certification with the request
  • Host an event scheduled at least 90 days from the application date

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.


Application Process

Eligible organizations must submit requests through Panfishpro’s official donation request form. Requests submitted through other channels will not receive a response.
