Geographic Requirement:

  • Must be physically located in a community where PENN Entertainment operates, including:
    • Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia

Preferences:

  • Strong alignment with local community needs
  • Clear impact within PENN Entertainment service areas

  • Grant sizes vary depending on project scope and alignment

Timeline & Review

📅 Application Deadline: July 1, 2026 (5pm EST)
📅 Review Cycle: Quarterly
📅 Decision Timeline: Up to 3 months after submission

  • Submit two physical copies of the grant application and all required materials by mail
  • Required materials include:
    • Program narrative and detailed budget
    • Organizational financials and IRS determination letter
    • Board list and leadership information
    • Most recent Form 990 and annual report
