Grants Supporting Workforce and Career Readiness in Oregon
The PGE Foundation funds nonprofit organizations that help Oregonians build skills, access training, and prepare for long-term career success.

Focus Area: Career Pathways
Career Pathways grants support programs that:
- Prepare individuals for employment or career advancement
- Strengthen workforce readiness and job skills
- Expand access to training and career-connected learning
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Be based in Oregon and serving Oregonians
- Align with the Career Pathways focus area
- Submit only one request per year
- Complete required prior impact reports
- Meet nondiscrimination requirements
Ineligible Requests
The PGE Foundation does not consider:
- Operational deficits or bridge funding
- Endowments or annual appeals
- Political or sectarian organizations
- Travel, conferences, or events
- Capital purchases such as vehicles or office equipment
