The PGE Foundation supports nonprofit organizations that advance creative expression and cultural engagement for communities across Oregon.

Creative Expression grants support nonprofit programs that foster creativity, cultural participation, and artistic expression. Funded projects typically strengthen community connection, amplify diverse voices, and expand access to arts and culture.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- Be Oregon-based and serving Oregonians
- Align with the Creative Expression focus area
- Submit only one request per calendar year
- Complete all required prior impact reporting
- Comply with the Foundation’s nondiscrimination policy
Ineligible Requests
The Foundation does not support:
- Events, festivals, or team sponsorships
- Travel or conference expenses
- Capital equipment purchases
- Endowment or annual fund campaigns
- Political or religious organizations
- Grants to individuals
