Applicants should be located in a region served by PPL Electric Utilities. Organizations located outside the PPL Electric Utilities region may be considered if they can demonstrate that their work benefits the PPL Electric Utilities region.

Ineligible Requests
The PPL Foundation notes that municipalities, churches, schools, and chambers of commerce are not eligible applicants for these Pennsylvania grants.
Requests from political groups, labor groups, religious groups, individuals, or small groups of individuals will not be considered.
Scholarship funding requests are not eligible through this grant program.
The Foundation also does not make multi-year commitments.
