Eligibility & Preferences
To be considered, requests must:
Be submitted through Quantum’s online application
Come from a nonprofit organization
Be received at least 90 days before the event or deadline
Include fishing education as part of the program
Provide new anglers with education and supervision during the event
Use the Quantum logo in advertising efforts, such as posters, social media, t-shirts, websites, or other promotional materials
Use a USPS street address for product delivery; Quantum cannot ship to PO Boxes
Preference is given to organizations registered with the IRS as 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organizations.
Each organization is allowed one donation request per year, if approved.
Ineligible Requests
Quantum will not consider requests submitted by:
Email
Phone
Fax
Social media
Any method other than the online application form
Quantum does not provide support for:
Individuals or private pursuits
Political parties or associations
Representatives of advocacy groups
Organizations that oppose the company’s position on issues
Individual athlete or team sponsorships
Merchandise promotions, partnerships, or advertising
Private or family foundations
Events that charge for participation
Capital campaigns, building projects, or equipment
Parties, celebrations, parades, festivals, or raffles
Requests received fewer than 90 days before the event or deadline will not be considered.
Funding Amounts
Quantum does not publish a standard donation amount. Support is provided as a sizeable product discount for use on the Quantum website, rather than as a cash grant or direct monetary donation.
Donations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis each year and are subject to request volume, timing, budgets, and other factors.

Applicants should be prepared to describe the organization, event, fishing education component, audience served, and how Quantum’s product support will help advance youth and family fishing participation.
Organizations receiving support must use the Quantum logo in promotional materials. Copies and images of logo use may be required for renewed or ongoing support in future years.
