    • Distressed or underserved nonmetropolitan middle-income areas

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant organizations must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public organization
  • Be located within the Red River Bank Assessment Area
  • Maintain non-discriminatory practices, including no discrimination based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation, or national origin
