  • In-Kind Donations
    Items such as gift baskets, often used for raffles or fundraising giveaways.

Eligibility & Key Guidelines

  • Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance
  • Applicants must serve communities within Savers Bank’s geographic service area
  • All organizations must adhere to Savers Bank’s non-discrimination policy
  • Due to high demand, not all eligible requests can be funded, and approved amounts may differ from the amount requested

Requests Typically Not Supported

Savers Bank generally does not fund:

  • For-profit organizations

  • Organizations outside the Bank’s service area
  • Requests for past operating deficits or undefined operating support

Required Documentation

Applicants should be prepared to submit:

  • Completed and signed W-9 or 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter
  • Supplemental materials (e.g., request letter, flyer, brochure, mission statement, sponsorship levels)
