Eligibility
Eligible applicants include:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Government agencies in Lane, Polk, Tillamook, and Yamhill counties
- The nine federally recognized Tribes of Oregon
⚠️ Organizations may hold only one active SMCF grant at a time, except through the approved Small-to-Large Grant pathway.
