Eligibility & Preferences
Applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Submit only one application per grant cycle
- Align clearly with one or more funding priorities
- Demonstrate impact within the Southern Nevada community
Ineligible Requests
The Foundation does not fund:
- General operating expenses (e.g., salaries, facilities, gift cards)
- Sponsorships, campaigns, or fundraising events
- Third-party requests submitted on behalf of another organization
- Political, religious, or special interest groups
- PTAs or booster clubs
- Organizations conflicting with Foundation values or affiliations
Funding Amounts
- Maximum request: $20,000
- Award amounts may vary and are not guaranteed at the maximum level

Application / Request Process
Applications must be submitted through the Foundation’s online grant application. Applicants should:

Selected organizations must complete a final report and may be eligible to reapply in future cycles.
