  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Submit only one application per grant cycle
  • Align clearly with one or more funding priorities
  • Demonstrate impact within the Southern Nevada community

Ineligible Requests

The Foundation does not fund:

  • General operating expenses (e.g., salaries, facilities, gift cards)
  • Sponsorships, campaigns, or fundraising events
  • Third-party requests submitted on behalf of another organization
  • Political, religious, or special interest groups
  • PTAs or booster clubs
  • Organizations conflicting with Foundation values or affiliations

Funding Amounts

  • Maximum request: $20,000
  • Award amounts may vary and are not guaranteed at the maximum level

Timeline & Review

📅 Application Opens: March 2, 2026
📅 Application Deadline: April 17, 2026
📅 Award Notifications: By June 30, 2026


Application / Request Process

Applications must be submitted through the Foundation’s online grant application. Applicants should:

  • Clearly align their program with one or more giving pillars
  • Demonstrate direct community impact
  • Ensure funding will be used within the same calendar year

Selected organizations must complete a final report and may be eligible to reapply in future cycles.
