About the Funder

4imprint operates the one by one® charitable giving program to support nonprofits, schools, religious organizations, and Canadian-registered charities with in-kind promotional product grants that help advance their missions. These grants reflect 4imprint’s culture of giving back by enabling organizations to increase visibility, recruit volunteers, thank donors, and promote community engagement.

Through the one by one program, 4imprint awards several grants every business day, each valued at approximately $500 worth of promotional products.


What This Program Supports

The one by one program supports organizations through:

Eligible Support Types

  • In-kind promotional product grants (up to ~$500 value)

  • Custom or branded items selected from 4imprint’s catalog (e.g., T-shirts, pens, mugs, bags)

  • Product support to help with awareness campaigns, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, donor appreciation, event engagement, and community outreach

These supports are often used to:

  • Build brand awareness for nonprofit missions

  • Promote events, fundraisers, and outreach activities

  • Thank volunteers, donors, and stakeholders

  • Provide useful branded items that strengthen community connection


Eligibility

Organizations that may benefit from the one by one program include:

  • IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

  • Accredited schools

  • Religious organizations

  • Canadian-registered charities

To apply, individuals must be an employee or Board member of an eligible organization.

Funding Amounts

Support is provided as in-kind promotional product grants valued at ~$500 per award. There are no direct cash grants in this program.


Deadline

📅 Rolling applications — The program runs continuously, with organizations receiving grants every business day. Applicants are encouraged to submit their requests at least two months before they need the items to allow for review and delivery.


Geographic Focus

Support is available to organizations across the United States and Canada that meet eligibility requirements and are committed to community impact.

  3. Specify the types of promotional products desired

  4. Submit the application at least 60 days before the needed delivery date
