About the Funder

4imprint is a promotional products company that supports charitable organizations through its one by one® giving program. The program is designed to help nonprofits and community-serving organizations increase visibility, strengthen outreach, recognize supporters, and expand awareness of their work.

What This Program Supports

The one by one® program supports organizations that need promotional products to help advance their mission. These products may be used for events, outreach campaigns, volunteer recruitment, donor appreciation, awareness-building, fundraising, or other community-focused activities.

Examples of potential product uses include:

Promotional items for health fairs, school events, awareness walks, fundraisers, volunteer days, and community celebrations.

Volunteer Recruitment & Recognition
Items that help organizations recruit, thank, or retain volunteers.

Donor & Supporter Appreciation
Branded materials used to recognize donors, sponsors, partners, or community supporters.

Awareness & Outreach Campaigns
Promotional products that help spread the word about an organization’s mission, services, programs, or upcoming events.

Program Materials
Items that support direct service programs, educational outreach, community engagement, or participant activities.

Eligible Support Types

501(c)(3) organizations
Schools
Religious organizations
Registered Canadian charities

Applicants must be employed by or serve on the board of directors of the organization applying. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old.

Organizations may receive a one by one® grant once every 12 months.

Recipients are selected based on factors including:

Location
Programming diversity
Merit of the cause
Audience served
Charitable diversity
Value and community impact of the request

4imprint states that it donates to organizations that support its equal opportunity and non-discrimination values.

Ineligible Requests

Organizations are generally not eligible if they:

Do not fall into one of the eligible organization categories
Are applying on behalf of an organization without being an employee or board member
Have already received a one by one® grant within the past 12 months
Do not allow enough time for review and product fulfillment
Submit requests less than two months before the event or date items are needed

Funding Amounts

Selected organizations receive a $500 grant to use toward promotional products from 4imprint.

If the product order exceeds the $500 grant amount, the organization may be responsible for the difference. Selected organizations may also be able to split the donation among multiple products.

Applicants should be prepared to answer questions such as:

What product would you order with your grant?
How would you use that product to benefit your organization?
Why should your organization be chosen?
What population does your organization serve?
How many people does your organization serve each year?
What services does your organization provide?
Tell us about your organization.

Applicants should also add onebyone@4imprint.com to their approved sender list to ensure they receive correspondence from 4imprint.

Are planning a fundraiser, volunteer activity, community event, or awareness campaign
Can clearly explain how branded products will help serve their audience
Are eligible nonprofits, schools, religious organizations, or registered Canadian charities
