- The request supports a community-wide event or initiative
- Athol Savings Bank receives recognition for its contribution
Ineligible Requests
- Donations to for-profit organizations
- (For-profit entities may submit sponsorship requests, which are evaluated separately for marketing or advertising value)
- Incomplete applications
- Requests submitted fewer than 30 days before the event or need date
Application Timeline & Review
- Submission: Rolling
- Lead Time Required: At least 30 days prior to the event
- Review Cycle: Monthly by the Charitable Donations Committee
Application / Request Process
Applicants must submit a complete charitable donation request, including:
- Description of the organization and its mission
- Summary of major accomplishments
- List of current board members and key staff
- IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination letter
Incomplete proposals or those submitted with insufficient lead time may not be considered.

All requests must be submitted through the online Charitable Donations Request Form.
