  • Activities with limited public access
  • Government agencies
  • Individual/adult teams or associations
  • Political, religious, or labor organizations
  • Travel underwriting
  • Programs operating outside the Bank’s geographic footprint
  • Organizations that discriminate or espouse hate

Application / Request Process

All requests must be submitted online via the web portal (paper or email requests are not accepted). Applicants should:

  • Attach the organization’s IRS Form W-9
