Application / Request Process
Organizations requesting support must:
- Complete a Donation Request Form
- Attach supporting documentation, including:
- Event or program materials (if applicable)
- IRS 501(c)(3) tax determination letter (if applicable)
Completed requests are submitted to the Donations Committee for review.
