Monetary support
Specific books or merchandise
School coupon book participation
Advertising or promotional participation
Funding Amounts
Approved requests receive a $20 Books·A·Million gift card.
Timeline & Review

📅 Recommended Lead Time: Submit at least six weeks before the event date
📅 Processing Time: Allow at least three weeks; during busy seasons, especially September through December, processing may take up to four weeks
Books·A·Million asks applicants not to call or email to check on the status of a request due to the high volume of submissions.

Donation requests must be submitted by email using the Books·A·Million Donation Request Form.
Applicants should:

Fill out all required underlined and bolded fields
Save the completed form to their computer
Email the completed form to donations@booksamillion.com
Submit the request well in advance of the event date
Incomplete applications will not be processed. Approved donations are mailed to the organization’s mailing address provided on the form. Donation requests are fulfilled through Books·A·Million’s corporate office, not through local stores.
