Brooks Brothers, America’s oldest clothing retailer, supports nonprofit organizations through its Corporate Product Donation Program, offering in-kind contributions of new apparel and accessories. These donations help nonprofits enhance fundraising events, auctions, raffles, community programs, and other charitable initiatives.

Through this program, Brooks Brothers partners with organizations that strengthen communities and support meaningful causes nationwide.


What This Program Funds

Brooks Brothers provides in-kind product donations, which may include:

  • Men’s and women’s apparel

  • Accessories

  • Gift certificates (occasionally)

  • Items suitable for auctions, raffles, galas, and fundraising events

Donations are intended to help nonprofits:

  • Raise funds at events

  • Enhance program visibility

  • Support community initiatives

  • Increase capacity through fundraising support

Cash grants are not provided through this portal.


Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or qualifying U.S. charity

  • Request items for charitable use only (e.g., fundraising, community service programs, or events)

  • Submit requests at least 4–6 weeks before the event or funding need

  • Comply with Brooks Brothers guidelines for product use and acknowledgement

Funding Amounts

This program provides in-kind donations only.

  • Typical donation value varies depending on product availability

  • Brooks Brothers reserves the right to determine the type and value of the donation

Nonprofits should not request specific items unless prompted by the application form.


Deadline

Requests are accepted year-round.

Nonprofits are encouraged to apply at least one month in advance of their event or project.


Geographic Focus

Open to U.S.-based nonprofit organizations.
Donations may be shipped nationwide, depending on eligibility and approval.


Application Process

All donation requests must be submitted through the Brooks Brothers Corporate Giving Portal:

  1. Visit the Brooks Brothers product donation site

  2. Create an account or log in

  3. Complete the online application, including:

    • Organization information

    • Event or program details

    • Purpose of the donation

    • IRS determination letter or EIN

  4. Submit the request for review

  5. Approved organizations will receive donation and shipping details via email
