Eligibility & Preferences
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Serve communities located within Centreville Bank’s service area
- Use funds to support work in Rhode Island, New London County, or Windham County
- Submit no more than one application per organization per year
Ineligible Requests
Centreville Bank does not consider applications from or for:
- Fraternal or alumni organizations
- Political organizations
- Religious organizations
- National organizations with local chapters
- Programs benefiting specific individuals
- Talent or beauty contests
- Advertising
- Travel expenses
- Pass-through requests
- Communities outside the bank’s service area
Funding Amounts
Centreville Bank does not publish a standard grant amount for Foundation Grants. Applicants should request an amount that is appropriate for the scope and impact of the proposed work.
