In-Kind Donations, Appearances & Youth Group Tickets for Ohio Nonprofits
The Cleveland Cavaliers support charitable organizations across Ohio through in-kind donations, player and mascot appearances, and youth group ticket opportunities. Due to high request volume, organizations are eligible for one (1) type of donation per calendar year.

Organization Requirements
To be eligible, organizations must:
- Be located in the state of Ohio
- Be a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
- Submit requests using the official online forms
- Receive only one donation per calendar year
Out-of-state and international requests are not supported.
In-Kind Donation Requests
The Cavaliers donate merchandise for:
- Auctions
- Raffles
- Door prizes
- Community fundraising events
Guidelines
- Requests must be submitted online at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date
- The online form must be completed in full
- Only one donation per calendar year
- Organizations may select either an in-kind donation or an appearance request, but not both
Due to volume, submission does not guarantee approval.
Appearance Requests
Cavaliers Legends, Entertainment Teams, and Mascots make appearances throughout the season to support Ohio nonprofits.
Requirements
- Submit request at least six (6) weeks prior to the event

- Organizations may request either an appearance or an in-kind donation, not both
All requests are reviewed, and responses are provided in a timely manner.
Group Ticket Donations
Each season, the Cavaliers provide opportunities for thousands of children to attend Cavs home games.

- Must complete the form in full
- Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Ohio
- Limited quantity available each season
- Priority given to nonprofits serving underserved youth
- Only one donation per calendar year
- Tickets may not be used for auctions, raffles, door prizes, or fundraising events
