Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, organizations must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) public charity in good standing with the IRS
- Be in good standing with publicly available charity watchdog organizations
- Operate in or near one of Constellation Brands’ eligible geographic locations
- Submit a request that clearly aligns with one or more CSR focus areas
Restrictions & Ineligible Requests
Constellation Brands does not support:
- Political causes, political candidates, clubs, or associations (including PTOs, fraternities, or sororities)
- Crowdfunding campaigns or requests benefiting individuals or private causes
- Commercial, entertainment, or sports sponsorships (professional or recreational)
- Donation of products to events held at bars, restaurants, or venues that legally sell alcohol
- Youth organizations where a donation could be perceived as targeting non-legal drinking age audiences

Due to the number of requests received, not all eligible submissions can be funded.
