Preferential Consideration
Meeting a funding priority does not automatically guarantee support. Emprise gives additional consideration to requests that:
- Include an Emprise Bank employee serving in a key role
- Provide opportunities to engage Emprise associates
- Qualify for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) credit
- Create positive exposure for Emprise Bank
Organizations with an existing connection to Emprise employees or a clear opportunity for employee engagement should make that connection evident in their request.
Programs serving low- and moderate-income populations may also be particularly relevant because applicants are specifically required to report the percentage of low- to moderate-income individuals their organization serves.
