Requests up to $10,000

Apply at least 35 days before funds are needed
Requests reviewed monthly
One request per organization per calendar year

Requests over $10,000

Apply at least 90 days before funds are needed
Additional documentation required
Reserved for well-planned projects with broad community impact
One request per organization per calendar year

Large requests are awarded as pledges, with funds distributed in phases tied to project milestones.

Reporting & Agreements for Large Requests

For requests over $10,000, Enerquip may require:

A formal donation agreement
A detailed project timeline and itemized budget
Regular progress and financial reports
A final report upon project completion
